Our 550,000 square foot modern production facilities in Pine Hall, NC allow us to control the entire manufacturing process from the purchase of copper cathode to manufacturing of the highest quality copper tube on the market.
We begin with the purchase and chemical analysis of copper cathode. That’s where quality control begins. We then forge copper cathode to our specifications into copper logs (ingots). Copper logs are then extruded to form copper tube of varying dimensions for further processing.
The base copper tube is then drawn to meet and exceed the product specifications and our customers' requirements. Straight tube and coils are produced. These products are further processed to produce a complete range of inner-groove and smooth-bore copper tubing.
Wheeling, IL
This highly automated plant manufactures and sells since 1999 copper tubes with enhanced surfaces on the outside AND inside for the air conditioning and refrigeration industries. This type of tube is used in the evaporator and condenser of water chillers.
